Want to see something pretty darn rad open in the city of Detroit? Since your answer is obviously HELL YEAH, take a gander at Lift’s proposal for Hatch Detroit’s contest to win seed money to open a new business within the city.

Our concept is to create a fun & vibrant space in Midtown Detroit near Wayne State University with a bubble tea cafe, lounge area and retail space.

Our cafe will offer bubble teas with tapioca pearls, smoothies & baked goods. Guests are invited to kick back and relax, work, or study in our lounge area with free Wi-Fi.

Our retail area will carry the latest designer toys in addition to apparel from Detroit Manufacturing, anime, art books & magazines, unique handmade items and limited edition prints.

Bubble Love will also host rotating exhibits focusing on up-and-coming pop surreal and lowbrow artists.
